With offices in Shanghai and Beijing, our team of over 60 consultants services premium brands in fashion, jewelry, watches, automobile, real estate, hospitality, as well as government bodies.

Job Scope Overview:

? Advising clients on merchandising planning, retail planning, such as product pricing strategy, assortment planning, SKU strategy, and Style Positioning, etc.
? Advising clients on market sizing, visual merchandizing, retail staff profiles, and retail locations across China
? Providing senior strategic lead in maintaining and developing client relationships. Identifying key hires and building support teams in multiple cities

Candidate Requirements:

? A Consulting Mindset: 8+ years of consulting experience
? Retail-Driven: Strong Expertise in Merchandising & Retail Planning
? Team Player: Experience in managing a team of 5+ consultants
? High Proficiency in English with international mindset

***Experience with Luxury and premium brands will be highly regarded***
