Responsibilities:
1) Plans and prepares production schedules for production: Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
2) Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
3) Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
4) Confers with department manager to determine status of assigned projects.
5) Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
6) Prepares production reports.
7) Assist with the department manager for NPD review, customer demand review, capacity review and logistics management

Requirements:
- Over 5 years related experience in multinational manufacturing company, similar industry is preferred
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency
