Job Description

*Maintain, and develop commercial and distributors relationship in Eastern Region China
*Existing accounts management and new accounts development
*Achieve the target revenue in the responsible territory and accounts
*Be responsible for the territory AR management
*Assist in formulating and implementing marketing and sales strategy
*Conduct market research and collect market intelligence for close monitoring of market changes
*Assist in brand building and brand management
*Periodical project update to senior management
*Lead & manage the sales support team

Job Requirement
*Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing and business discipline.
*7-10 years Sales & Marketing experience, possess Proven Sales Track Records preferably in safety & hardware field.
*Working experience in multi-national USA/European Company will be advantage.
*Strong channel sales management and channel development experience
*Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, capable of negotiating at senior level and possess good interpersonal skills.
*Fluent English & Mandarin in both spoken and written
*Ability to lead, coach, and grow the sales team together with expanding the business
*Results oriented, energetic, analytical and ability to work independently.
*Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours based in Beijing.
*Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
*The candidate should hold high ethical standard and can make fair and logical decisions on the site
