职位描述

Objective of job

  • National truck fleet sales management, responsible for MB truck sales to fleet in whole China.

Qualification required

  • Education
    • English ability, business management & commercial knowledge, PC skills
  • Experience
    • Experience in auto industry, especial related ones, such as truck, construction, logistics, components, equipment’s, etc. key account management experience is plus.
  • Specific Knowledge
    • Knowledge of automotive industry, enthusiasm, patience and perseverance

Task designation

  • National fleet customer development
    • Annual Sales planning and forecast in fleet segments,
    • Identify & develop potential customers in joint effort with dealer’s sources
    • key fleet customer visiting & follow up
    • Develop international fleet clients relationship (who prefer to deal with DTBC directly e.g. FedEx, DHL, Linfox. etc.) or its local sublet contractors
    • Develop mid-segment and local fleet business (target customer – owned more than 300 - 400 trucks and has never used MB) in logistics company
    • Contracts making, MBKS making, price calculating, & bidding documents preparation.
    • big tender coordination among dealer, potential fleet customer and DTBC
    • Establish and follow up on fleet potential with assignments or leads from DTBC management e.g. DPTS, BMBS, LSH logistics…etc.
    • Monthly monitoring and reporting on fleet status
  • CRM and value added service
    • Logistics (long-haul) market character analysis
    • Fleet Customer requirement analysis
    • Competitors information collection, competitor analysis & market research
  • Develop VIP customers demo tuck experience to a satisfied outcome during try out period via FB Sales coordination Activities with dealers
    • Communication and coordination with dealer principals and sales team
    • Communication & coordination with dealers, order processing, contracts & shipping follow-up,
    • Fleet customer care and communication
  • Marketing Activity Coordination
    • Monitoring, planning support and coordination between DTBC Marketing dept. and customers in terms of customer events, exhibitions, advertisement and all kinds of marketing activities
    • Long-haul fleet sales promotion materials development
