职位描述

Objective of job

  • Fully Understand and Support for T.C.O Concept
  • Generate DMS monthly sales performance reports.
  • Analysis of DMS sales performance reports and highlight to regional after-sales managers of any anomalies
  • Provide support in workshop process consulting and ensure dealers adhered to MB workshop process.
  • Follow up and provide support on workshop process action plans for dealers
  • Provide coaching on analysis and interpretation of DMS service reports.

Qualification required

  • Education
    • University degree in Automotive Technology, MBA is preferred
  • Experience
    • Automotive experience in AS area at least 5 years in a wholesale or retail business, 3 years of which must have been at a management level
    • Ability to communicate with DLR, and to express and explain MB truck policies and objectives
    • High social competence and precise working style
    • Self-organized, self-challenging, tactful and diplomatic
  • Specific Knowledge
    • Commercial and business management knowledge
    • Persuasive power, skill in negotiations and assertiveness
    • A sound understanding of Dealer AS activities is required, together with the ability to interpret data on AS activities
    • Able to understand and interpret financial data
    • Fluent in English both oral & written
    • Good computer skills with MS Office tools

Task designation

  • T.C.O Support - DMS Reports - Analysis, Interpretation and Monitoring
    • Fully Understand and Familiar with T.C.O story line and FB system
    • Generate DMS monthly Sales Performance reports.
    • Analysis of reports, highlight any significant deviations and initiate measures
    • Provide guidance on interpretation and use of key performance indicators from DMS in steering the workshop business.
    • Conduct on-site coaching on the use of various service reports in managing the workshop operation
    • Provide support in resolving DMS functional and IT related problems
  • Workshop Process Consulting
    • Workshop process consulting and implementation of WP2010 for dealers.
    • Support dealers in implementing workshop process action plans.
    • Follow up on dealers action plans and ensure dealers follow through with the implementation plans
    • Coaching on process gap analysis and workshop process improvement
    • Coordinate assistance on problems with line functions
  • Dealer Workshop Operation Review and Improvement
    • Conduct periodic review of workshop process and operation and recommend measures for improvement.
    • Review workshop list of forms and documents, and ensure workshop use valid documents.
  • Human resources management
    • Identify training requirements and ensure that dealer complies with the standards set by DNEA
    • Support further development of staff
    • On-site coaching for DLR / WS staff
