Objective of job

• Central regional sales management assistance, responsible for MB truck dealer sales whole China.

Qualification required

• Education
• English ability, business management & commercial knowledge, PC skills
• Experience
• Experience in auto industry, especial related ones, such as truck, construction, logistics, components, equipment’s, etc. Dealer management experience is plus.
• Specific Knowledge
• Knowledge of automotive industry, enthusiasm, patience and perseverance

Task designation

• 1. Regional Sales steering
• Sales planning and forecast,
• Identify & develop potential customers in joint effort with dealer’s sources
• key customer visiting & follow up,
• support on to dealer on order processing, contracts making, MBKS making, price calculating, & bidding documents preparation
• Communication & coordination with dealers, L/C, contracts & shipping follow-up,
• Regional Sales workflow and processes adjustment and operation
• DMS implementation and monitoring
• dealer performance monitoring and reporting
• Dealer & RSM Monthly Report consolidation and analysis
• Dealer sales people coaching,
• Dealer stock mgt. and stock deduction promotion
• 2. Specific Task of RSS
• Logistics (long-haul) market character analysis
• Long-haul market potential forecast
• Customer requirement analysis
• Competitors information collection, competitor analysis & market research
• Long-haul sales promotion materials development
• 3. Sales Activities
• Communication and coordination with dealer principals and sales team
• Biz. negotiation assistance with dealers
• Fleet customer care and communication
• Sales campaign assistance
• 4. Marketing Activity Coordination
• Monitoring, planning support and coordination between DTBC Marketing dept. and dealers in terms of customer events, exhibitions, advertisement and all kinds of marketing activities

Established in September 2012 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. (DTBC, previously known as Daimler Trucks China) is responsible for Daimler’s business operations of imported trucks, special trucks, and buses in China. Currently, Daimler sells Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor and Atego trucks, as well as special trucks such as the Unimog and Zetros in the Chinese market. In addition, DTBC is also actively developing the bus business for Daimler in China.
