Objective of job

• Develop the MB truck CRM strategy to engage with the existing and potential customer. Via implementation of various of activations, to support sales team to achieve their sales target, and enhance the life-cycle value of customer.
• Create master database
• Develop the communication program
• Carry out the program and track the effectiveness

Qualification required

• Education
• University or above educational level, preferred major in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration
• Experience
• Customer focus and result oriented.
• At least 1 years’ experience in CRM or marketing communication, experienced in Auto industry or from marketing agent is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, team working spirit
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Excellent communication and coordination skill
• Computer skills and in tools such as Power point, Excel and Word

Task designation

• 1. Develop the CRM strategy
• Work with sales, after-sales, ND and dealer to develop the CRM strategy to increase customer loyalty and enhance the life-cycle value of customer
• 2. Work with other functions (sales, call center, DMS) to create a master database
• Integrate the customer data from different platforms (DMS, call center, campaign website, etc.)
• Do the data cleansing and data maintenance
• 3. Develop the communication program
• Work out and implement leads qualification process
• Develop the communication material
• Provide guideline to dealers if needed
• 4. Carry out the program and track the effectiveness
• Conduct the activations with ensuring the execution meets MB standards
• Supervising external service providers during events
• Set up the KPI to evaluate the program execution
• 5. Co-marketing with other brand
• Seek the co-marketing opportunity with other brand to prospect leads

Established in September 2012 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. (DTBC, previously known as Daimler Trucks China) is responsible for Daimler’s business operations of imported trucks, special trucks, and buses in China. Currently, Daimler sells Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor and Atego trucks, as well as special trucks such as the Unimog and Zetros in the Chinese market. In addition, DTBC is also actively developing the bus business for Daimler in China.
