职位描述
Objective of job
- Be fully responsible for TPNG body-builder sales and leading the sales activities of MB authorized dealers.
- Be responsible for new body-builders business development with dealers.
- Identifying market opportunities and target customers.
- Managing dealer’s rolling stock and sales target.
- Regular sales status reporting, monitoring of key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
- Steering and professionalizing BBs & dealers for chassis business.
Qualification required
- Education
- University degree in auto/machinery or sales marketing
- Experience
- Experienced CV sales person, ideally with a background on imported vehicles with minimum 6 years’ experience.
- Strong customer-oriented attitude, able to represent the company and its product to dealers and customers.
- Target driven, problem solving ability and teamwork player
- Experience working within a multinational company and basic English language skill desired.
- Specific Knowledge
- Computer knowledge, negotiation skill and communication skill

- Implementation of New BB Strategy: TPNG Project
- Existing end-user and bodybuilder sourcing management, database establishment and maintenance
- Developing and maintaining good relationship with bodybuilder customers
- Developing new BBs industry with dealers.
- Efficient coordination and resource allocation to dealers according to chassis sales policy
- BB Sales Management
- Different kinds of sales tools developing, maintenance and regular report
- Leading chassis sales with dealers’ sales staff
- Sales support to BBs and dealers.
- Business documents filing like price calculation, specs and contract.
- Coordination with other departments for DD monitor, MCP initial, Homologation and dealer chassis training
- Managing sudden issues and other issues

- Bidding tender support and coordination
- Executing and managing contracts and payment process
