Objective of job

• Assure AS adequate to MB quality image for truck customer.
• Manage and Maintain customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty to MB in order to assure further sales.
• Ensure compliance with Dealer Standards, report deviations.
• Take lead to manage the development of outlets AS performance for MB truck.
• Develop & Define AS Service strategy and concepts with dealer / workshop.
• Support and Implement AS Service network expansion and upgrading plan for MB truck.
• General coordination of AS activities for truck with dealer / workshop.
• Enforce dealers/workshops DMS project implementation and roll out successfully

Qualification required

• Education
• Technical or engineering university degree or above (MBA)
• Experience
• Retail Management experience
• Analytical skills
• Process know how
• At least 5 years working experience in auto industry
• Special knowledge
• Entrepreneurial personality with leadership and decision competence, negotiating skills, assertive
• behavior, language skills both English and Chinese

Established in September 2012 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. (DTBC, previously known as Daimler Trucks China) is responsible for Daimler’s business operations of imported trucks, special trucks, and buses in China. Currently, Daimler sells Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor and Atego trucks, as well as special trucks such as the Unimog and Zetros in the Chinese market. In addition, DTBC is also actively developing the bus business for Daimler in China.
