Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:

§ Authority to give technical, also disciplinary instructions to all employees processes

§ 有权给予员工技术方面的支持，也进行培训指导

§ Organisation of equipment

§ 组建设备

§ Purchase new equipment ( prepare specifications, draw up evaluations, technical analysis, installation of machines, set up machines, qualification )

§ 购买新设备（准备规范，草拟评估报告，技术分析，安装设备，调试设备，审核）

§ Keep in contact with customers ( Software updates, complaints ) and suppliers.

§ 保持与客户（软件更新，投诉）和供应商的联系

§ Definition of process relevant procedures steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and minimise quantity of raw and auxiliary materials

§ 定义流程相关程序步骤以此优化现有资源，减少辅助材料的数量

§ Coordinate the consumption of chemicals, raw and auxiliary materials.

§ 协调控制化学品和辅助材料的消耗量。

§ Check and optimise parameters of environmental impact regularly.

§ 有规律性地检查和优化关于环境影响的参数。

§ Provide written documentation of procedures and specifications

§ 提供程序和规范的书面文件

§ Train and support the operators from the technical side, on each production equipment

§ 给予操作工每种生产设备在技术方面的培训和支持

§ Follow environmental regulations

§ Realisation of QS 9000 and EN ISO 14000 & TS16949

§ Planning : Continuous optimisation in view of quality, productivity, cost minimisation and environmental aspects

§ 制定计划：持续提高质量，生产效率，成本最小化和优化环境

§ Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning.

§ Technical interface between manager of department and production process

§ Cooperate in making decisions regarding new equipment

§ 协助对新机器的评估

§ Work on optimisation of processes in view of technology, productivity, cost reduction and economical purposes

§ 持续不断的优化制程以提高技术，生产效率，成本最小化和节约效果

§ Technical realisation of aims that have been defined in cooperation with the manager of department and that comply with the AT&S targets.
