岗位描述：

- 使用会计操作系统进行日常会计工作
- 监督会计部门团队的运作
- 监督分公司的会计业务
- 监督并控制操作系统和交易流程运作
- 确保应付账款的及时支付
- 确保收款和付款的迅速性和准确性，在未收到付款之前不得发货
- 审查付款，并确保适当的报告和流程到位
- 监督银行对帐
- 监督并维护库存系统
- 每月提交财务报表
- 计算预算与实际的金额差异，并做好汇报工作
- 为系统提供管理成本报告
- 针对资本投资，定价决策，合同谈判方面等需要，提供财务分析报告
- 税务申报


任职要求：

- 经济管理类相关专业统招本科或以上学历
- 5年以上综合会计工作经验
- 有很强的成本分析及控制能力
- 拥有会计岗位的相关证书
- 工作认真细心，保密意识强，能严守职业道德
- 英文听说读写流利





Job Description:

- Maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures
- Oversee the operations of the accounting department
- Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporation(s)
- Oversee the control systems, transaction processing operations and policies and procedures
- Ensure accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
- Ensure accounts receivable are collected promptly, systems in place to ensure orders are not delivered before payments are received
- Review payroll and ensure proper reporting and processes are in place
- Oversee bank reconciliations
- Oversee and maintain inventory systems
- Monthly financial reporting to management
- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
- Provide for a system of management cost reports
- Provide financial analysis as needed in regards to capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations
- Comply with local and state government reporting requirements and tax filings



Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
- 5+ years of responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
- Accounting designation: CA, CPA, CMA, CGA
