职位描述
岗位职责
1、协助决策层制定公司发展战略，负责其功能领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略，对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响；
2、协助总裁制定企业发展规划和经营计划，并负责协调部署各职能部门落实执行；
3、汇集企业内部信息和市场、竞争情况等外部信息，进行综合分析，协调企业经营发展；
4、协助总裁对公司各项业务工作进行指导、指挥、监督、管理，并执行各项规程、工作指令；
5、召集主持总裁办公会议，检查、督促和协调各部门的工作进展,协调和指导各部门经理的工作；
6、负责企业日常事务与公共事务的处理与协调。
分管职责
1、领导分管部门制定年度工作计划，完成年度任务目标。
2、领导公司产品的市场推广工作，建立公司市场信息系统，制定产品营销组合。
3、组织领导业务合同履行和售后服务工作。
4、领导建立公司产品的生产供应体系。
5、领导公司成套业务开展，完成成套业务目标。
6、组织和促进新产品立项和可行性分析，参与新产品开发。
7、参与公司质量管理体系的建立，保证公司产品和服务的质量要求。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，男女不限；
2、八年以上相关工作经验，能适应经常出差及加班；
3、有较强的组织领导能力、沟通和管理能力。
4、有快消品行业运营及生产管理经验。
