职位描述：
1、根据公司财务战略规划，不断完善财务管理制度、体系架构；

2、根据内部管理需求，组织起草、修订、增补相关财务制度，管理办法和操作流程；

3、负责财务部门日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

4、负责财务部内部控制流程的监督和完善，日常操作风险的发现和控制；

5、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析。

任职资格：
1、财会、金融、经济管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、五年以上财务管理或三年以上同等管理岗位工作经验；

3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化、精通相关财税法律法规；

4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析力；

5、良好的团队管理力，优秀的沟通、协调、组织与开拓力，责任心强，坚持原则，能承受较大的工作压力；

6、具有中级会计师职称者优先考虑；

7、诚信廉洁、勤奋敬业，作风严谨，具有良好的职业素养。
