职位描述：

1、 负责进行公司市场战略规划，提出市场推广、品牌、公关、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案；
2、 进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据；
3、策划、组织市场推广活动，推动产品销售增长；
4、策划、制作、采购各种推广工具，企业宣导工具、各类手册、终端赠品、宣传片等；
5、各类公司推广项目协调，如：年度销售会议、订货会议、广告片拍摄、公关活动策划等；
6、搜集本行业产品资讯及市场动态、行业竞争对手信息、客户信息；
7、负责公司内外信息网络的建立，整理及分析并及时向有关部门建议；
8、建立完善市场部工作流程以及制度规范。

任职资格：
1、大学本科以上学历，市场营销、企业管理专业优先；
2、熟悉酒类或杂志行业，具备良好的经营管理知识及营销实战经验者优先；
3、对市场有敏锐的触觉，擅长结合实际情况改善经营绩效；
4、具有良好的亲和力、优秀的适应能力、独立的学习能力及良好的团队合作精神。
