工作内容：
1、 能充分使用微软项目管理软件安排活动，包括时间表的使用，利用资源，对项目计划的实际进展报告。
2、 有能力审查供应商/分包商的项目时刻表以确保良好的基础项目进度。项目完成的进度需要按照笔克与客户之间达成的每个时间节点。
3、 验证分包商及供应商合同以达到合同规范以及交付品的范围与各自产品的范围完全匹配。
4、 直接汇报对象为高级项目经理。
职位要求:
1、工程管理及建筑相关专业毕业，2年以上主题公园现场项目经验或室内精装现场项目经验，从投标开始至交接客户的设计及制造作品经验.最好，能够使用CAD软件；
2、熟悉主题公园项目术语及实践实务，尤其在项目结束期间政府部门要求递交的相关资料；
3、有处理分包商合同经验者尤佳；优秀的与分包商及供应商交往能力；
4、CET6以上。英语能力良好！能使用英语进行工作交流并撰写工作邮件！
其他

1.Facilitate the building up to meet the specifications, inspection, production processes as well as the testings of works detailed in the Contracts.
2.Validations in the contracts with subcontractors and suppliers that the specifications required in the Contracts as well as the scope of deliverables fully match the respective scope of works. The required completion program is per the schedule agreed between Pico and Client.
3.A good understanding in the laws and regulations in China in particular the fire requirement is a strong bonus.
Requirements :
1.Graduate in the construction management, construction subjects .2 years of experience in handling interior fitout projects or theme park projects with both the design and the fabrication of works from thetendering stage to the handover of work to client;
Preferably with the involvement in the shop drawings aspect as well.
2.A good understanding on the terminologies and practices in the theme park projects and in particular the closing out of projects by the Government Departments and the required submissions to them.
3.CET grade 6 or above.Reasonable English in both speaking and writing of emails and correspondences.
