Job Title: Assistant/Secretary
Location: Beijing
About the job:
The role is a member of GM office to assist General Manager’s routine work as personal secretary and coordinate with all the departments to implement GM’s direction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist GM in developing business plan by doing market research and find potential market opportunities.
- Assist GM in contacting with potential or existing clients, arrange client meeting for BD or client maintain purpose.
- Assist GM in communicating and coordinating with managers and staff in internal departments to implement GM’s direction.
- Organize internal conference and meetings as GM requires and take minutes
- Manage GM’s calendar, make travel arrangement, book tickets and hotel for GM
- Write correspondence and reports to company superiors
- Translate documents, manage files for GM
- Handle translation for internal files of both English and Chinese if necessary.
Key qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Sufficient experience in related area or functions, headhunting or sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication skill and proficient in English.
- Excellent PC skill, such excel, PPT, word
