Responsibilities:

1. Implement the daily import & export business operation, expedite urgent case.
2. Work with sourcing, program management and engineering department for NPI/prototype building delivery during new program development, ensuring material supply on time.
3. Support and work with internal customers and external customers to identify & fix delivery issues
4. Analyze forecasting, RM planning and procurement processes to optimize production response.
5. Track the purchase order and shipment; cope with the changes of supplier schedule and the customer requirements.
6. Monitor 3PL performance, and monitor RM delivery service and initiate project and integration with them.
7. Responsible to work together with global teams, forwarders and customs brokers to ensure high quality logistic services to external and internal customers
8. Liaise with sales offices or customers to communicate forecast, supply chain issues, resolutions & updates
9. Handle logistics affairs (Customs duty payment and freight cost statistics etc.)
10. Other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Logistics or related
2. At least 2-year experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or manufacturing, automotive component industry is preferred
3. Knowledge of customs operation, import and export business, material planning skills
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Result-oriented and reliable
6. Good command of English, both speaking and writing
