Sourcing Specialist for –furniture, bathroom Equipment, standard parts and metal product 家俱、卫浴设备，标准件和金属件等
Objectives:
Job scope:
- Sourcing new suppliers for new project;
- Develop alternate sources, ensuring continuity of supply, consistency of quality and competitive price.
- Help Account Manager to place purchase order, follow the delivery of goods ordered and claim supplier in case of quality problem.
- Help Account Manager to work with customers and suppliers to develop sourcing and supply strategies.
- Help to negotiations with suppliers to assure the established quality standards met with optimal price.
- Visit suppliers to inspect the finished goods or audit the factory.
- Measure supplier’s performance and rating suppliers based on quality, lead time, service and price.
- Maintain qualified supplier list and supplier profile and other documents required.
- Perform initial evaluation of factories on site when required. Attend trade affairs when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree;
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English speaking and writing
- 1-3 years sourcing working experiences; that has working experience in North- American and United State is preferably
- Good experience of furniture (bathroom cabinet and basin, wood stair, sliding door, glass and mirror), standard parts (fastener, screw, washer, bolt), metal product (cast and forge) are preferred;
- Good command of computer ( MS-Office, MS-Outlook)
- Available for travelling in factories in different region in China
- Pro-active, professional, business oriented, good problem solving abilities
