JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop state of art 28nm CMOS complex media product SoC with embedded cpu, memory controller, media processor and various mixed signal IPs
- Work with other cross functional teams in China and overseas to specify, design, validate and improve SoC quality and timeliness to production
- Participate in SoC architecture definition, SoC integration and verification
- Create and optimize STA constraints, pad & package selection
- Work with back-end team to ensure a successful implementation until tape-out by performing RTL rule check, synthesis, STA, LEC and power analysis etc
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related area, MSEE is preferred
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
3+ years experience in ASIC/complex SoC design or verification
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABBILITIES REQUIRED
- Familiar with hardware description languages such as Verilog, System Verilog and VHDL
- Knowledge of script language, such as Tcl, Python, Perl are required
- Familiar with IC design & verification tool flow with hands-on experience in DC, PT, RC, ETS, NC-Sim and/or Spyglass
- Good English and communication skills; will need frequent communication with foreign team.
- Experience related to video/audio decoding, FPGA/Emulator debugging, process technology and reliability qualification is a plus
