Description of Duties

1) Improve the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Program of the instrument system and monitor the performance

of its execution and improvement

2) Plan and implement maintenance repair activities related to instrument system by following company’s related policies and procedures, and monitor/evaluate the performance of its execution and improvement

3) Manage Instrument Maintenance File, including drawings, diagrams, manual, maintenance record, service report, and so on, and ensure they are timely updated and properly documented

4) Develop and co-validate with Maintenance Manager the Standard Maintenance Procedures related to instrument maintenance activities.

5) Establish and improve spare parts management system by conducting FEMA and vulnerability study on regular and continuous basis

6) Monitor the inventory change of instrument spare parts and make the purchase plan and request

7) Manage the suppliers (instrument related services) and evaluate/improve the performance of services received

8) Manage and develop instrument team. When required, coach and support the team members in more complex troubleshooting and/or investigation at site

9) Support to other teams/activities of the Company, when required by the Management, including but not limited

to projects of optimization/extension of existing system

Special Qualifications Required

1) Bachelor degree with instrument/automation related major

2) 3+ years instrument management experience or 8+ years instrument experience in chemical plants

3) Solid knowledge in DCS/PLC

4) Good command in both spoken and written English

5) Good team playerInstrument Supervisor
