JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Compile all the required documentation and protocols. (such as operation manuals and maintenance manuals, drawings, lists and FAT protocol).
2. Translate all the documents from Chinese to English.
3. Support constant communication between Zhongla and the internal suppliers.
4. Give solution of documentary problems
5. Compile and centralize all the documentation provided by suppliers to satisfy the documentation requirements described in URS
6. Review and match all the information, according with the current equipment features.
7. Direct contact with factories to obtain the documentation of projects.
8. Locate and initiate good communication with supplier and distributors
9. Standardize all the electronic and printed information under ZHONGLA format concept
10. Be familiar with the terminology and regulations applied for Pharmaceutical equipments manufacturing

other requirements:
1. be good at English , CET 6 , if also be good at Spanish will be better
2. know how to use CAD
3、be honesty
