Responsibility:
- Maintenance the IT infrastructure including the servers and network
维护公司的IT基础架构(包括服务器和网络)
- Troubleshooting of software and hardware

- Provide IT Support for end users

- Performing hardware/software upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed

- Ensuring good communication with other departments regarding IT support issues

Qualifications/ Skills / Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience on IT Operations
五年以上相关工作经验
- Familiar with Windows Operating Systems（including XP, Windows 7 and Windows8）and Windows 2003/2008/2012 Active Directory
熟悉windows操作系统(包括XP,Windows 7和Windows8)及Windows 2003/2008/2012活动目录
- Experience and knowledge on LAN maintenance and configuration (including Router and Firewall)
熟悉局域网的维护管理(包括路由器和防火墙)
- Experience and knowledge on Virtualization Infrastructure (VMware ESXi/vCenter etc.)
熟悉VMware ESXi/vCenter 等虚拟化基础架构
- Familiar with MS Exchange server and SQL Server is preferred
熟悉微软Exchange Server 及SQL Server优先
- Experienced in Maintaining IP telephone exchange system is preferred
有IP电话交换机维护经验者优先
- Passionate on the new technology, willing to discovery and learn the new technology / solution
对新的技术有较强烈的学习热情
- Good communication skills
良好的沟通技巧
-Adequate oral and writing English skills
较好的英语口语和书面表达能力
