QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
·Excellent communication kills and fluent in English is highly preferred.

EDUCATIONAL AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE:
·High moral standard, with high integrity and honesty, motivated and a team player.
·Working experience with a material requirements planning system required, placing/tracking orders with MRP system such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Maintain approved supply list, utilize MRP tools for managing inventory and making purchasing decisions.
·Placing purchase orders for production parts and other materials based on requirement, including external suppliers and internal requisition. Ensure no line down due to parts shortage.
·Responsible supplier performance management with quantitative measurement.
·Manage supplier relationship, provide clear communications with suppliers with regards to performance expectations and forecast requirements. Resolve supplier invoicing issues with accounts payable.
·Ensure timely supplier specification review and engineering change implementation.
·Manage S&OP, order, forecast, safety stock and analysis before entering into ERP system.
·Be responsible of purchasing/production/shipping planning, analysis, and managing exceptions; manage priorities & emergencies in the supply chain flow; be able to analyze and manage workload based on capacity available.
