Technical Sales Manager

A Global Group of Specialist Concrete Flooring Contractors is looking for a Senior Sales Manager for its Shanghai office. The successful applicant will have strong technical and commercial experience preferably with a Specialist Contractor in the Construction Industry.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager, duties will include:

? Following up leads and enquiries
? Formation and implementation of sales strategies to secure contracts
? Cost Estimating
? Preparation and presentation of proposals, quotations and tenders
? Negotiation of Contracts
?Providing a smooth handover of the contract to the Projects team and ensuring a good relationship is maintained with the Client during the project work and post-contract
? Some marketing activities, as required


Job Requirements:

?Applicant should be degree qualified with more than 8 years of experience in Technical Sales for a Construction company or preferably a Specialist Contractor within the Chinese market
? Experience and knowledge of Cost Estimating, Contract Law and Contract Administration is essential
? Must be able to communicate well in written and verbal English
? Good presentation and negotiating skills
? Must have excellent communication skills and be a Team Player
? The successful candidate will be analytical, energetic, creative and charismatic
