Position: Production Control Analyst ( in Supplychain Department)
Working Location: Pudong, Shanghai ( Shuttle Bus Offered)

Key Responsibilities
? Purchase materials based on engineering needs and production schedules
? Push supplier and expedite for urgent delivery, by priority
? Handle other exception cases from plan/schedule change, such as pushing out and cancellation
? Confirm with suppliers for delivery date, maintain in system and communicate with others
? Track each purchase order line’s progress until materials delivered to receiving plant
? Coordinate any dock problems during the process of material receiving at plant warehouse
? Arrange parts return in case of quality issue
? Solve quantity inconsistency among purchase order, actual receipt and invoice
? Analyze and identify root cause of material delivery which is not in compliance with customer needs, develop solution proposal and lead improvement activities
? Manage and minimize slow moving, excess and obsolete inventory by coordinating with others
? Develop critical parts’ supply strategy to balance delivery performance and obsolescence risk
? Handle other tasks relating to material planning and inventory management
? Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures, appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws, policies and procedures include but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
? Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent knowledge in the area of material management & Procurement
? Minimum 3 years of material planning and/or purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing environment of lower volume and high mix
? Experience in project management and sourcing preferred
? APICS certificate (CPIM, CRIM, CSCP) preferred
? Experience and knowledge in ERP system, SAP preferred, MFG, Oracle, JDE, Bann 4 acceptable
? Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
? Good command of English, speak and write
? Problem solving skill and teamwork spirit required
