岗位要求：
1、女性，中专及以上学历。

3、 具备较强的沟通能力，良好的团队协作精神和服务意识；
4、熟悉行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；

岗位职责：
1、负责公司的前台接待工作；
2、负责公司来宾的接待事宜：行程安排、酒店机票预定等；
3、负责公司日常行政事务工作：办公用品的采购、发放、登记、管理；设备保修；环境卫生检查；与外部相关单位的沟通；日常费用报销和备用金管理；文件检索、翻译、打印等工作。
4、负责公司的档案管理、图书杂志管理；
5、负责各类活动、会务、比赛、春游、英语角的组织安排等工作；
6、负责公司内部刊物的编辑、制作；
7、协助行政经理完成部门年度工作计划；
8、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
