3） 贯彻项目经理负责制，负责分派项目的业务工作和进程控制
4） 负责编制年度项目收入预算
5） 负责试用期员工的带教、考核工作，及时与部门经理进行沟通
6） 参加指定的业务培训
7） 参与专题业务项目、相关业务约定书、业务报告范本，编制和修订工作

任职资格：
1） 具有中国注册房地产估价师执业资格
2） 注册资产评估师全科合格者优先
3） 熟练掌握电脑操作技能
4） 独立工作能力强，有较好的沟通协调能力
