Responsibilities:

1.Recording of AP accounting transactions

2.Prepare the request form of Media regular payment

3.Payment request checking and attach the supporting accordingly, i.e. Media invoice, non-media invoice

4.Adjust the General Ledger transaction base on Local Finance request

5.Communication with Local office and handle the queries

Requirements: 

Good command in reading and written English and Cantonese

Proficient in ERP system operation, such as SAP, Oracle etc. 

Over 1 year accounting experience, with experience working in an advertising agency is preferred

Willing to work overtime
