职位描述
Position: Customer Service Engineer (Working location: Bejing Yizhuang Economic&Technical Development Area)
Position responsibilities:
Perform start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting for semiconductor equipment.
Standby for 7 x 24 hours on call from customers, and on site within established time if necessary.
Communicate with customers to provide professional technical supports, and keep good relationship with customers.
Position Requirement:
Bachelor degree, major in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, physics related.
2 or more years experience on equipment. It is preferable for experience in semiconductor industry.
Willing to work in Beijing.
Willing to travel intensively, and on call or on-site service for customer even at night.
Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
