Job Purpose
Lead PD team in the development of new products, with direct responsibility over engineering timing, budget and process compliance and customer’s delivery under commitment.
Main Responsibility
1. Develop and maintain PD project plans;
2. Monitor and control PD activity;
3. Project Management Planning and Controlling;
4. PD Commitment to the Program and Customer;
5. Manage Cross Functional Team to meet the engineering delivery.
Job Requirements
Degree: Bachelor degree
Major: Engineering preferred (not required) but needs strong customer management capability and soft skills. Cluster engineer preferred.
Language: Fluent English (listening / speaking / writing)
Working Experience: 4+ Yrs project management capability or experience in the automotive area. Or lower (Junior College) but 6+ Yrs cluster experience and Project / PD capability.
