1.Maintain Lab-TMF.
2.Arrange / approve sample and SCK delivery.
3.Customer communication for project related activities.
4.Preparation for the project related documents.
5.Regularly update project status.
6.Handle and response any request and issues from sponsor, site and laboratory personnel.
7.Proactive to the project quality and risk management.
8.Participate internal/external project meeting
9.Conduct training course for site personnel.
10.Customer survey and response
