Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing the financial and business analysis reports for to the local and corporate management to review; Coordinates and supports the annual budget and forecast process，to assure the company complies with GAAP, corporate policies and other mandated accounting regulations. Job
Responsibility:
1. Assist Financial Controller to defines, establishes and measures productivity, efficiency and utilization norms (such as capacity loading, book to bill ratios, mC) used for labor cost and overheads planning – sets up and owns the cost model for manufacturing costs in terms of norm/standard costing.
2. Provide the financial analysis and reports regularly for business review.
3. Prepare and monitor of the annual budget, quarterly targets and forecasts, month end close activities and ongoing financial analysis and management reporting.
4. Monitor and control company operation the compliance with the local, internal policies & procedures and Corporate internal control requirements
5. Facilitates and supports detailed and explainable factory capacity planning
6. Always challenge status quo with innovative ideas, and possess a passion for identification and implement of "Continuous Improvement" initiatives
7. Variance analysis and follow-up, eg cost center analysis on account line level and headcount analysis compared to plan.
Qualification:
1. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with rich experiences in capital operations.
2. Sensitive to numbers, strong problem solving skills and detail orientated
3. Excellent time management and communication skills, ability to work under high pressure
4. High degree of initiative
5.Relevant undergraduate degree or above in Finance or Accounting, CPA/CIMA/ACCA is highly preferred
6.5+ years working experience in relevant position for multinational corporations , automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
7. Strong written English communication skills
8.Proficiency in MS Office applications
