职位描述
Position Focus:
Responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program, including interfacing with internal/external disciplines including Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing.
Responsibilities:
Requires limited supervision and manages a multi-functional area, as :
1. Plan and co-ordinate implementation of new projects in preparation for production
2. Ensure program financial performance achieve company targets.
3. Act as customer liaison to ensure all requests and requirements are addressed in a timely manner
4. Manage Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and report program status at regular frequencies with customers, suppliers, customer focus teams and management
5. Coordinate efforts of assigned Project Engineer(s), Quality Engineer(s) and Manufacturing Engineer(s), and other personnel as required in accordance with established priorities to complete job assignments
6. Ensure PFMEAs are performed at each stage of program to reduce probability of errors; Ensure all sub-contracted purchases (material/machines/fixtures, etc.) are completed with all applicable documentation (i.e.: RFQ/quote covers specific requirements, performance, capabilities, capacities, qualification, and warranties); Ensure that operator instructions and process specifications are prepared for all phases of implementation (i.e.: prototype, pre-production, production); Ensure utilized equipment meets company Health and Safety standards
7. Complete machine run-offs and acceptance as per company procedures
8. Ensure coordination of raw material development and purchase in a timely fashion through the materials department
9. Monitor/maintain all costs associated with Program including material, processing costs, tooling, gauges, and customer owned tooling for cost recovery where applicable
10. Participate in continuous improvement activities and implement where feasible
11. Participate in quality issue resolving process
12. Ensure all processes meet required target time
13. Regular review of all processes and operator instructions for assigned customers to ensure accuracy and conformance to actual procedures
14. Update management on a periodic basis regarding the status of the program
15. Lead and coordinate change control management;
16. Develop the relationship with individual customer, in order to be able to provide better support for new program bidding to sales team;
17. Follow Lear Program management Procedure and be able to provide trainings to cross-functional team members
Experience and Qualification:
1. A Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering, Quality, Business Management or equivalent. ;
2. 5+ years experience in program management.Must have experience in Automotive Industry; experience in trim or autotomotive fabrics in highly preferred.
3. Strong team building, communication, conflict resolution, and business leadership skills. Customer management and negotiations skills
