General Qualification Requirements:
? College degree or above in Accounting or Finance
? Minimum 3 years relevant experience in accounting position
? Working experience in Elementary Book-keeping
? Certain experience in dealing with Tax Bureau and Foreign Exchange Control Bureau is necessary
? Good knowledge on Government Tax Regulations / monthly tax declaration, handle yearly tax filling and those statutory issue in PR China.
? Good Knowledge on Foreign Exchange Declaration
? Good interpersonal communications skills
? Good PC skills like MS Office, SAP System
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
? Accurate, analytical, reliable, hard-working, team work spirit, highly responsible and self-motivated
? Ability to work independently and under pressure


Responsibilities:

a. Main Duties
Booking purchase, customs and transportation VAT invoices in tax system
Implement and execute all other tax issues, subsidy refund
Check monthly tax report from tax agent and work together with local authori-ties of all branches
Coordinate and support Registration / Change formalities for all branches
Statistics report - monthly report (WGQ)
Input invoice of purchasing trading goods
Income tax annual filling
issue Interco Debit Note and Credit Note and responsible for monthly inter-company reconciliation

b. Others
Performs any other duties assigned by F&A manager.
Assist on internal & external audit
Assist manager on financial analysis
Take on extra work during team member(s) on leave to assure the smooth operation in the team
