Logistics Manager
To support our headquarters in Shanghai we are looking for a new Logistics Manager. The following responsibilities and main tasks will be part of this position:

- Supervision of comepack's service stations/warehouses/purchase center
- Guide, support and assist the service station managers
- Stock/purchase management
- Responsible for efficiency and productivity of service stations/warehouses
- Improvement of procedures and cost control within the Logistics Department
- Controlling of logistics operations within the ERP system
- IT hardware and software management in service stations/warehouses
- Cooperation with Chinese and foreign customers
- Pre-alert inventory potential risk
- Provide solution with team for inventory control
- Operations management.

Necessary background:
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in operations
- Relevant logistics experience gained in a foreign country (e.g. Singapore or Germany)
- Preferable Bachelors degree in Logistics, or related field preferred
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Word and Excel)
- Fluent in Chinese and English (both oral and written), German is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with ERP /WMS, preferable MS Dynamics, principles & execution
- Proficient in planning and organizing work schedules
- Calm, level-headed, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good and quick decisions maker
- Leadership skills
- On site operational experience of W.H.
- Strong data analytical skill
- Good project management knowledge
- Understanding of VMI. Operational experience will be a plus
- Prefer German or working/education experience abroad.
