Job Title: 现场服务工程师/维修工程师

Responsibilities:

1.Conduct on site service for Coperion material handling systems in China.This comprises maintenance,installation, start-up, commissioning, trouble-shooting, claim management and training

2.Supervise and execute installation and commissioning of material handling systems. Coordinate all relevant on-site construction works with the installation company/ owner. Monitor site progress and report construction status to the Project Management. Schedule tasks and staff in accordance with contract conditions, customer's requirements and cost budget.

3.Ensure that the installation quality is consistent with the project requirements. Apply the EHS requirements on site4.Follow-up open cases until completion and issue technical service reports as proper project-related documentation.
5.Represent Coperion at customer site professionally in order to achieve full customer satisfaction. Provide training to customer's staff in order to ensure the professional commissioning and start-up of the system.
6.Promote spare parts and service agreements in conjunction with on-site activities.

主要的工作范围为：负责科倍隆物料处理系统在中国范围内的售前/售后安装服务。包括设备维护、安装、调试、问题解决以及投诉处理，包括对相关客户技术人员的培训等；管理并执行物料处理系统的安装与调试，与现场安装公司一道完成项目的现场安装。监控现场过程，及时将项目进度与项目管理人员进行沟通，确保项目按照客户要求按时竣工，并且保证在项目预算范围内；保证现场的安装是在符合EHS的要求下进行的。为确保客户的满意，在现场表现出专业能力，给予客户员工以相关的产品知识培训以保证项目的正常启动与运行。结合现场服务，推广公司配品配件；

Requirements:
1.Graduated from College or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with strong mechanical background
2.Above 5 years relevant working experience in site service of mechanical engineering or machinery for chemical/ petrochemical plants. Experience in bulk material components and systems as well as project management are preferred.
3.Ability to independently analyse problems on site. Customer solutions shall be proposed and carried out in close communication with the Service and Order Handling department.
4.Strong communication skills,result-oriented and with team spirited,initiative working attitude and high motivation.

5.Willingness to travel frequently, being able to work under difficult condition and be flexible to work overtime and on weekends.
6.Chinese (native) and good English language skills, both in speaking and writing are mandatory.

大专以上机械类专业，拥有五年以上相关行业背景经验；

能够独立在现场分析并解决问题，熟悉系统相关的各种产品知识；

良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神，能够在困难条件下坚持工作，包括经常性加班

拥有良好英语口语沟通能力者优先考虑；

我们的工作时间为周一至周五 8：30-17：00，并提供多条线路班车。(莘庄，普陀，松江）
