职位描述
Responsibility:
职责：
1. Supplier quality control & supervision including spot checks, workshop long term inspections, Monitor inspections and tests, review and witness processes, verify measurements and test results.
供应商质量控制与监督，包括现场检查，车间驻厂检查，监控检查和测试，审查和见证过程，验证测量和测试结果。
2. Quality files collection, controlling, crosschecking, perform regularly control procedures and preparation of related inspection reports.
质量文件的收集，控制，检查，执行定期的控制程序和相关检验报告的编写。
3. Discovering existing manufacturing problems and establish possibilities to solve them include the delay of manufacturing progress and reasons for the quality problems.
解决在制造生产过程中发生的问题，包括对生产进度的影响及产生质量问题的原因。
4.Monitor supplier fabrication and shipping schedules against scheduled dates and commercial contract, ensure that items are delivered to the site in time
按合同与项目进度要求监督供应商的制造生产，确保产品按期交付到现场。
5.Make weekly report of quality inspection and manufactured schedule report to project manager, joint the sub vendor manufacture and quality management meeting to solve the current problem.
向项目经理提交质量检测与生产进度周报，参与供应商生产与质量例会解决实际问题。
6. Non conformance handling and root cause analysis, corrective & preventive plan and follow up and production delivery release sheet. Joint the final quality inspection with custom or third party inspection authority.
编写不符合项的处理和原因分析报告，纠正和预防计划，释放产品出厂报告。协调客户或第三方质检参与产品终检。
7. Supplier quality & qualification evaluation & audits, Provide supplier quality training.
供应商质量评价与资质审核，对供应商提供相应质量培训。
8. Handle customers’ complaint and provide the qualified report to the related departments according to the requirements of company.
处理客户的投诉，并按照公司要求提交相应的质量报告给相关部门。
9. Other duties as assigned by department manager.
部门经理指派的其它工作。
Requirements:
要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or similar background and prefer major in engineering or mechanical.
机械或工程专业学士学位或类似的背景。
2. Knowledge on Inspection methods, product measurement systems, Supplier Quality Assurance, Supplier Audits, ISO 9001 documentation etc. It is preferable that applicants would have qualifications of welding, NDT qualifications
熟悉产品检验与测量方法，供应商质量保证与供应商审核体系及 ISO 9001文件，最好有焊接或无损检测资格。
3. Background in petrochemical industry, especially in Bulk material handling or material convey system will be preferred.
石化领域背景，最好在物料输送方面有经验。
4. Quick learning ability, team spirit, negotiating, target-oriented in timely.
快速学习能力，团队精神，沟通能力及明确的目标导向。
5. Good understanding of technical drawings and the contained information. Can read Chinese and English technical drawings and related specifications and standards.
有很好的技术资料理解能力，明白中文，英文技术图纸和相关规范和标准。
6. Have basic communications skills in spoken English in order to complete necessary technical communication with colleagues from oversea.
能够实现与内外部人员（客户或同事）的英语日常口语交流以解决相关的技术问题或工作交流。
7. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Micorsoft project, Autocad).
熟悉MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Micorsoft project, Autocad软件。
8. Can travel on business trip to supplier or customer sites.
能够适应长期出差至供应商生产或者安装现场。
