Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

The senior engineer is a leader of all PRDC site projects, works with
requesters of BUs and FM team members to meet all key performance
indicators.
Responsible for site facilities change and modified operation.
Establish and execute a plan for budget, designing, construction work
for every engineering project
Manage the project progress from initiation to completion, including
HES, quality and scheduling
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
Managing all contractor to carries out construction work for all
installations as schedule
Provide solutions for technical issues
Responsible for Early involvement in major project. Provide advisory
service during Site Inspection and Project Development
Solution Provision for major projects and coordinating with
contractors/BTES-Bayer Technical Engineering Service from initiation to
completion
Develop and modify technical documentations for Management of
Change-MOC
Liaised with authorities for the energy supply, cost discussion.

An university degree or professional qualification in engineering of
HVAC or M&E
Over 10 year’s practical experience in project management and facility
management, preferably in EPCM multinational company or design
experience
Good knowledge on Electrical facilities, BA, Water, Gas, Chemical,
HVAC, and Renovation project, Fire Fight equipment, Compressor
management and special equipment or related.
Proactive and innovative to provide integrated system solution at PRDC
Strong leadership, people and communication skills
Good skill of office software, PPT, Auto CAD Etc.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
