Job Description:

Service /Technical Support Engineer will be given high responsibility and career opportunities in carrying out the following tasks:

1. Provide installation, on-site training, trouble shooting and maintenance of Data Acquisition System in China.

2. Technical Training & Support for customers. Maintain high focus on customer satisfaction and respond professionally and efficiently to customers needs.

3. Prepare reports, documentation of service and repair activities, and other materials needed for work effectiveness.

4. Provide technical support to sales team.

5. Exhibition show support, when necessary

6. Technical document translation when necessary

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years working experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree on Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Sound & Vibration，Combustion Engine, Mechanics, testing etc.).
• Some basic knowledge about computer hardware and software programming.
• Able to travel within China within short notice.
• Could communicate with oral and written English
• Good physical fitness, confident and conscientious
• The technical knowledge concerning data acquisition would be an advantage.
