仓库管理员Warehouse Technician

Role Description – summary
Control the movement and storage of materials within the warehouse and process the associated transactions, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing and shipping. Keep the material organized to ensure smoothly production.

Responsibilities
Control the movement and storage of materials;
Organize the packing, labelling and location for parts in warehouse; Make the packing instruction of raw material;Organize the packing and shipping for finished goods;
Prepare the raw material for production orders;Maintain & improve the inventory policy and parameter reviewing process to support the planning decision;
Ensure that the discrepancy between system data and physical stock are solved in timely manner by validating the cycle count but not limit to cycle count process, organize the stocktake;
Explore the opportunity of reducing the occupation of working capital by reducing inventory level;

Requirement:
- College degree or above
- Major in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Logistic or related major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management;
- SAP experience will be a plus
- Good command of excel and word
- Team player
- Good skills of communication
- Can work under pressure
