Summary
Make sure company’s cash or equivalent safe. Process the relevant transactions accurate and timely.

Responsibility
1. Handle all payments and receipts for cash, remittance and web bank.
2. Handle bank draft in safety, including receipt, payment, discount and record.
3. Book cash and bank journals timely and accurately.
4. Check office and staff expense report according to company policy and book the journal entries in Accpac.
5. Handle foreign currency payment /receipt declaration and other SAFE issues.
6. File the finance documents.
7. File all finance certificates.
8. Good communication with bank, SAFE, etc.
9. Other supports.

Requirement
1. 3years+ working experience, MNC experience is a plus.
2. Initiative, down to earth, team player.
3. Good English communication
4. Familiar with office software
