应聘者需满足以下要求:

2-3年web前端开发实际经验。

对JAVA技术有一定了解，比如JSP/JSTL和EL（其他后端开发语言也可）。

手写符合W3C标准的(X)HTML和CSS代码，熟悉DIV+CSS。

熟练使用JavaScript，并熟悉JavaScript library，比如jQuery。同时对AJAX有一定了解。

具有CMS开发经验。

熟悉设计类相关软件，比如Photoshop或Fireworks。

熟悉HTML跨浏览器表现问题 (IE6, IE7, IE8, FireFox, Safari)。

具有较强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，高工作效率，如对项目协调有一定经验更佳。

良好的英语听说读写能力。

注重细节以及优秀的问题解决能力。
