1、负责办理员工入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；考勤管理与相关文件存档；
2 、编制员工工资报表，保证工资的按时发放；
3 、负责员工各项福利保险统计、制表、缴费、基数核定等工作；
4、建立、维护人事档案，办理和更新劳动合同；
5、办理员工社保、公积金及其他福利手续；
6、负责离职员工的善后处理工作，包括办公用品、钥匙、出勤核算、离职证明、合同解除等;
7、领导安排的其他临时性工作。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、两年以上薪酬、绩效、员工关系模块实操经验，熟悉社保、公积金流程；
3、专业知识：熟悉企业各项行政管理制度、事务流程；熟悉人力资源管理各个职能模块；
4、了解国家及上海市劳动人事政策及地方性法规；
5、较好的文字功底，思维清晰，反映敏捷；出色的计划性和执行.
