职位描述

Strategic Planning – P.M.O Plan Execution

? Responsible for the execution on P.M.O process within assigned market to maximize its development opportunities for the next 5 years
? Acts as the subject matter expert in the field with regards to the planning process, methodologies and toolkits; development terminologies, volume estimation methodologies and toolkits etc.; ensures quality control standards in the execution of the work.
? Establishes yearly mapping plan based on the city macro data, development trend, main roads and Mini-Market prioritization, store performance, etc to support formulating the 3-1-Q vision plan in the market.
? Maps out the prioritized Mini Market with effective pipelines, prioritizing the pipelines with their sales potentials from year 1 to year 3.
? Is responsible for new store sales estimation accuracy, EVA, ensure fact-based methods are used, i.e. capture rates & PPFA method, Comparable stores, etc
? Ensures the quality of field mapping/market quest/site packages, i.e. information be completed, update and accurate and format following the national planning manual
? Maintains the field database, is accountable for the accuracy of demographic/market data/existing Mcd’s store, 10% pipeline data; be responsible for codifying all data/information collected in the centralized system
? Introduces brand extension opportunities in the new and existing sites to optimize sales potential as appropriate and aligned with company’s business plan.
? Routinely reviews the newly opened restaurants, get learning from success or failure to help improve the quality of future planning and sales estimation accuracy.
? Manages the local research projects which facilitate the sales estimation accuracy, i.e. pre-opening customer survey, TAS, or any other specific projects that required by headquarter planning function

Planning System & Tools

? Ensures 100% use the centralized planning system and tools that provided by National planning team; Maintains the fact-base planning data in the system, ensures the accuracy and completeness
? Provides full supports in testing and utilizing the centralized system and tools in the field, giving timely feedbacks on issues or suggestions.
Business Relationships
? Builds good relationships with Government Bureaus, outside consultants or other organizations / persons in relation to identifying development opportunities for McDonald’s.
? Maintains positive working relationships with the field real estate teams
? Promotes the planning function with fact-base and good result, builds credibility and independency among the development team.
