Main Responsibility:

1 Production Support (in house or tolling)

□ support the Purchasing ensuring the business has a continually updated view on raw materials, packaging, feedstock trend and costing movement;
□ provide updates on raw material trends to the sales team;
□ support the Supply Chain to manage the supply & demand situation and ensuring continuous supply availability of the planned product grades;
□ ensuring demand forecast match the supply capability by capturing the orders received in real time;

2 Product line Profitability analysis
□ continuing to analyze the existing product lines of product sold and highlights recommendations or cautions;

3 Coordination of inter-regional Activities
□ Working with ACR Asia entities to provide Quarterly activities of the organization to Corporate Marketing communication for Newsletter content;
□ Support IT to create space or channel of central repository to capture the market intelligence in a systematic manner;
□ Coordinator to liaise with other BUs in trade shows and its related activities to project ACR as part of the Arkema group;

4 Mass communication activities
□ Participate in product brochure creation;
□ Product flyers as and when requested in order to support the sales team;
□ Corporate presentation/product promotion slide preparation;
□ TDS and MSDS preparations for all products being sold in Asia Pacific/China;

5 Shall comply with the HSEQ policy of the corporation;


Requirement:

□ Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science
□ 3-5 years in the Marketing role of a coating resin manufacturing industry (preferably)
□ Good in spoken and written communication (English and Chinese), analytical mind, high degree of self initiative and good team player with autonomous development capability.
