Responsibility:
Develop new and grow existing key accounts, lead sales activities in China and Asia Markets to achieve an aggressive sales plan.
Generate, execute annual sales & marketing plan, provide team members with clear performance objectives and lead sales team to achieve sales quota and business goals.
Provide training and guidance to the sales team.
Provide timely reports summarizing business activities and market trends.
Well understand customer's application and do design-in businesses.
Work with the Engineering to develop appropriate solutions to meet customers' requirement.
To ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with each customer and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.
Key all activities and data into company required system.
Frequent travels are required.
Other assignments arranged by the company.

Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering.
Good command of English, both written and oral.
More than 10 years relevant working experience, with min. 5 years of experience in managing sales team with proven record.
Self starter, Responsible, independent and customer-oriented.
Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, Telecommunications is prefered.
Quick learner and a team player.
Good communication skills.
Good computer skills
