职责描述：
电话订单、送货单等数据资料的电脑录入，客户电话咨询的相关介绍以及投诉建议、要求的归纳汇总及反馈。


岗位要求:
1）一年以上工作经验，熟练运用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件；
2）性格文静，做事认真、仔细，能稳定、长期地从事客服工作；
3）积极主动，具有高度责任感及团队合作精神；
4）能随时到岗；
5）普通话清楚、标准，能听懂上海话；
6）对鲜花比较有兴趣者优先。

本岗位做一休一制，上午8点至晚上8点，请慎重考虑
