The Right Resources Group is a UK-China boutique executive search firm that specializes in sourcing top talent for venture- and private equity-backed enterprises. We apply world-class strategic analyses of industries and business plan to help our clients define their executive management needs and find exceptional candidates to hire. We are now seeking an ambitious Chinese graduate with excellent Business English to conduct research on senior executives at institutional investors in China and overseas. You must be positive and energetic and be willing to work in a pressured environment.

Job Description: In your role as a HR intern, you will be responsible for conducting all research needs by consultants. This will include gathering information related to key people and enterprises in China’s insurance, pension and asset management funds. You will work closely with consultants when recruiting for roles and must have experience in basic research methodologies such as interviewing and market research. It will be absolutely essential that you be able to investigate and contact possible candidates, arrange interviews and maintain good relationships with the candidates and clients you are in contact with via phone or email. You will be trusted to provide an accurate analysis of certain market trends and must be able to relay important information to consultants in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications: You must be a Chinese native with excellent English and hold the equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a background in economics, finance or any business-related field. Experience with a Chinese business is a plus. This role requires you to communicate with high-level executives and, therefore, you need to have the poise and confidence to quickly establish confidence and credibility at this level.
