职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 帮助员工解决日常发生的电脑软硬件问题；
2. 负责公司员工的EMAIL及系统帐户的管理；
3. 负责公司IT设备采购、安装、维护和记录等工作，与IT服务供应商的协调工作；
4. 确保公司IT制度的实施，保证网络等安全运营；
5. 负责网络、防火墙、VPN、服务器、打印机、电话系统的管理和维护；
6. 负责与美国总部IT部门的沟通联络；
7. 文件存档管理及传输；
8. 完成其他行政组指定的任务。
任职要求：
1. 本科学历，计算机或相关专业；
2. 2年以上企业网络管理相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉Office，Windows系统，mac系统，网络设备，VPN，病毒防护，服务器维护；
4. 流利的英语听说读写能力,能够与外籍员工无障碍交流，有外企工作经验者优先
5. 工作积极主动，有责任心以及团队合作精神，有较强的分析和解决问题的能力
Responsibilities:
1. Daily support to employees for computer software and hardware problems
2. Administrate email account and system account
3. IT equipments procurement, installation, maintenance, IT record，liaise with IT service providers
4. Ensure company IT policy compliance
5. Maintenance of LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, server, printer and telephone system etc
6. Communication with IT representative from US office
7. Filing and file transfer
8. Other tasks assigned by the Admin Department
Requirements:
1. University degree, computer or other related major
2. More than 2 year working experience in IT administration
3. Familiar with MS Office, Windows, Mac system, network device, Antivirus, server maintenance
4. Good English, good level of listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to have good communication with English speaking employees
5. Proactive, accountable, teamwork spirit, good at analyzing, troubleshooting and solving problems
