主要职责:
? 负责同国外客户的沟通并提供相应协助
? 为国外客户提供中国市场进入/扩张战略
? 建立并维护与国内经销商的关系
- 负责国内市场销售工作
? 组织市场进入/品牌扩张相关的针对国内经销商的销售活动
? 负责项目的研究和分析,包括市场进入战略研究、现有中国业务评估、竞争对手评估、中国市场产品定价分析,等等

任职资格:
? 教育程度: 大专学历,本科学历者优先
? 时尚行业10年以上工作经验
? 中国大陆高级管理层工作经验,需具有较强的管理和组织能力
? 卓越的销售能力
? 优秀的分析能力,有分析或咨询类的项目经验
? 优秀的中英文书面和口头沟通技能
? 能够有效并专业地同国外客户进行面对面会议
? 注重细节并能同时开展多种任务
? 能在压力下高效地展开工作
? 中国大陆的成长和教育背景

JAM Fashion China Seeking Senior Sales Manager

JAM Fashion China is a leading New York based fashion advisory firm specializing in assisting American and European companies to market, manage, and sell their product lines in China. With the fast growth of our business in China, we are now seeking a Senior Sales Manager for our China office based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

? Supervise communication with and support for foreign clients in mainland China
? Develop China market entry/expansion strategies for foreign clients
? Develop and maintain relationships with domestic distributors
? Supervise all sales activity in mainland China
? Organize market entry/expansion related events targeting domestic distributors
? Supervise research and analysis projects, such as market entry strategic studies, existing China business assessment, competitor assessment, China market product pricing analysis, among others

Qualifications:

? Minimum level of education: associate degree, with bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
? A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the fashion industry
? Senior-level work experience in mainland China, with strong management and organizational skills
? Strong sales capacity gained from prior work experience
? Solid analytical skills, with prior work experience in analysis or consulting type of projects
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
? Ability to host in-person meetings with foreign clients effectively and professionally
? Careful attention to detail and ability to multi-task
? Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and stress
? Mainland China background of growth and education
